A man talking on his phone while driving was found to be in possession of heroin, cocaine, pills, a knife and a gun.
Roberto Gracia, 41, of Manchester, pled guilty in United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire to conspiracy to distribute heroin and conspiracy to unlawfully possess cocaine with the intent to distribute.
Four people were arrested Oct. 9 following a six-week investigation resulting in and more than $10,000-worth of drugs and $3,600 in cash being confiscated.
Hernan Rijos-Calderon, 26, and William Rivera-Calderon, 35, both of Manchester, were taken into custody after the Police Special Enforcement Division and multiple members of the Manchester Police SWAT Team executed a search warrant at 125 Mammoth Road.
