Liberty House, the Catholic Charities NH program that provides transitional housing and a community pantry for New Hampshire veterans, today announced the promotion of Ashley Kitchell to Executive Director.
Liberty House was awarded a $20,000 grant from the Service Credit Union Impact Foundation and Robert Irvine Foundation to build on the mission of helping New Hampshire veterans regain their independence and build stable futures.

The two non-profits announced Tuesday that Catholic Charities is acquiring the program and assets of Liberty House, Inc., a sober house serving veterans at 75 West Baker St.
Catholic Charities New Hampshire, one of the largest, non-profit, human service agencies in the state, signed a letter of intent (LOI) to acquire the program and assets of Liberty House, Inc. The target closing date is September 2019.
