The long-standing annual event serves as a key source of support for all the programs under Families in Transition, including emergency shelter, housing, food, dining, and substance use treatment. Demand for FIT services has risen through the course of the year, making this event even more critical.
This month we will be donating to the Liberty House, which is a Shelter for Homeless Veterans. Their request was they would appreciate peanut butter, jelly and tuna fish. Anyone can help with our endeavor to collect these items.

Two of Manchester’s largest homeless services providers officially merged into one entity on January 1, 2018. Families in Transition-New Horizons has a 25-member Board of Directors, with staggered terms, which recently met for the first time at their bi-monthly meeting.
