Manchester Police Department currently has a 38-page “wanted” list naming individuals who are wanted on outstanding warrants for a variety of alleged crimes, ranging from criminal mischief, forgery and theft, to rape, assault, and sex offenders who have failed to
register with police, including convicted sex offender Jeffrey Gilbert, pictured left.
