- Aug. 13: Liberty Utilities will be closing Lowell Street from Elm Street to Kosciuszko Street in order to replace a gas main on Aug. 13, 2014. Construction is scheduled to end Aug. 19, 2o14. Motorists are advised that there will be construction crews in this area of Lowell Street. Please seek alternate routes to avoid delays.
- Aug. 14: The Manchester Department of Public Works will begin milling work on Union Street from Green Street to Central Street on Aug. 14 starting at 7 a.m. Motorists are advised that there will be paving crews in this area of Union Street. Please seek alternate routes to avoid delays.
- Aug. 15: Severino Trucking Co. will be closing the North-Bound Off-Ramp at Exit 4 on I-293 for construction from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Aug. 15, 2014 Motorists are advised that there will be construction crews in this area of I-293. Please prepare appropriately to avoid delays.
