The Bridge Street Bridge will be closed between 5:15-6:30 p.m. on Oct. 25, 2014, for the CHaD Trick-or-Trot 3K Road Race, a Millennium Running event. The race will begin in Arms Park and will also necessitate the closing of Commercial Street from Spring Street to Canal Street; Spring Street from Elm Street to Commercial Street, and Canal Street from Dow Street to Mechanic Street.
