The Manchester Planning and Community Development Department is starting to develop the Cityโs Five-Year Plan for housing and community development that needs to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the spring.
Manchesterย receives an average of $2.3 million annually from HUD in Community Development Block Grant, HOME and Emergency Solutions Grant funds. As part of the Five Year Consolidated Plan process, the Planning Department is holding several public participation meetings to receive input from City residents, agencies and departments about the needs of our City. Please attend one of the meetings below, and share your ideas about the Cityโs needs, challenges and opportunities.
