MANCHESTER, NHย โ€“ Shortly after noonย on March 30ย USย Marshals arrested last week’s featured โ€œFugitive of the Weekโ€ Tyler Twombly, who surrendered to his parole officer in Manchester.

Twombly was being sought on an outstanding parole warrant for violating his conditions of parole.ย  Twombly was on parole as a result of a conviction and sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm.ย  In mid-March Twombly was last known to be residing in a halfway house in Manchester, where he allegedly assaulted a female corrections officer and fled on foot; leading to the issuance of this arrest warrant.
