
MANCHESTER, NH โ On April 17 a man was arrested who identified himself as Juanibalย Otero Laureano, 26, of Woonsocket, RI. He was arrested on outstanding NH State Police warrants for unsworn falsification and tampering with public records, after anย investigation had revealed that heย had provided false information in his driver licenseย application.
During the booking processย Trooper James OโLeary of the New Hampshire State Policeย observed that Laureano had mutilated fingerprints. The New Hampshire State Police alongย with multiple law enforcement agencies worked through the weekend to verifyย his trueย identity.
On April 20, 2015, Trooper OโLeary was notified by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, thatย despite having mutilated fingerprints, they were able to identify Laureano’s true identityย as Luis Sierra Oyola,ย 32. It was also revealed, that Oyola had multiple outstanding warrants for drug dealingย in Massachusetts.
Oyolaย was charged with being a fugitive from justice. He was held without bail and will beย arraigned in the 9th Circuit โ District Division โ Manchester Court on April 21, 2015, at 8:30 a.m.
