Several tips were received from the public after Hall was featured last week across news and social media sites, which led the investigation to numerous locations throughout southern and central New Hampshire. ย On May 14ย members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force were watching a residence on Spruce Street in Manchester, when Hall was spotted getting into and driving away in a car.

Hall was transported to the Manchester Police Department, where he was booked on the outstanding Rockingham County warrants and additional charges including resisting arrest, operating a vehicle while being deemed a habitual offender and disobeying a police officer.ย  Hall will be held at the Hillsborough County Jail, pending his initial court appearance on his new charges and will be returned to Rockingham County at a later date to appear on his outstanding warrants.
