MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester Education Association members have approved the tentative agreement for a teachers’ contract. The agreement would be in effect July 1, 2015-June 30, 2018. Highlights of the proposal include changes to salary schedules and health insurance plans.
MEA membership voted in favor of the tentative agreement by better than a 2:1 margin.
The contract now goes to the Board of School Committee for ratification on June 22, and then to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.
