Suspect named in Oct. 26 shooting, wanted for attempted murder

MANCHESTER, NH โ€” A city man is wanted by police for attempted murder following a shooting Oct. 26 that left another man seriously injured.

David โ€œChaseโ€ Rondon, 26, of Manchester, is sought in connection with the shooting.ย Rondon, who also uses and alias of Joseph Rondon, 25, should be considered armed and dangerous.

Rondon is believed to be traveling in a black 2015 Nissan Maxima bearing NH registration 365 7175. He may be accompanied by his girlfriend Aaliyah Hunter, 22 of Manchester.

Hunter is not believed to be involved in the incident and is NOT wanted at this time.

Rondon is described as 6-foot-2 inches tall, medium build, brown eyes and long, black braided hair. Rondon also has a distinct tattoo on the back of his left hand and several raised burn marks on the right side of his neck.

Screenshot 2015-10-28 at 9.20.59 AMOn Oct. 26 Manchester Police responded to a “shots firedโ€ call in the area of Lincoln Street and Laurel Street at approximately 12 p.m. Manchester Police Officer Pete Boylan located a gunshot victim at the Elliot hospital several minutes after the shooting was reported.

The victim, Omari Abrahams, 24 of Manchester, New Hampshire sustained a serious, but non-life threatening injury to his foot.

Patrol officers and detectives responded to the area of Enright Park and located a crime scene where the original โ€œshots firedโ€ call was reported. Detectives were able to identify a suspect shortly after the crime was committed.
