The McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center will be open after hours to let visitors explore our exhibit and galleries for free! There will be a cash bar, food available for purchase from the Countdown Cafe and a raffle. This is a free event for 21+.
Raffle items generously donated by Concord Craft Brewing Company, Chuckster’s Family Fun Park, Escape Room Concord and Red River Theater. There will also be pumpkin carving, and solar system themed scavenger hunt, and a costume contest. Prizes will be awarded for winners of the costume contest. The Observatory will also be open for stargazing.
The Discovery Center is located at 2 Institute Drive in Concord.
