MANCHESTER, NH —The Manchester Police Department needs the public’s help in identifying two people who used stolen credit cards to buy thousands of dollars in merchandise in the city and a neighboring town.
The case dates back to August 1, 2019 when a woman reported that several of her credit cards had been stolen from her wallet while she shopped at TJ Maxx on March Avenue. Soon after the theft she noticed unauthorized charges starting to show up on some of her cards. One at Macy’s for more than $500, another at the Apple Store for $3,900, and one at Finish Line for $750.
Bedford Police also have open cases involving two of the victim’s fraudulently used credit cards. The charges are more than $2,200.
