
MANCHESTER, NH – Get ready for a weekend music celebration on August 8 and 9 featuring a Jazz and Music Festival and block party with educational workshops, all to benefit the Manchester School District music programs.
Friday: A Live “Emerging Artists” Concert will take place at The Rex Theatre on Friday August 8 showcasing workshop students and Faculty talent with a chance to see a professionals take the stage with the best of the Manchester School District. Buy Tickets: $34
Saturday: A Street Block Party with a Stage will showcase Live Music on Hanover Street from 12 to 9 p.m. Admission is Free (suggested donation $10 is appreciated in support of The Manchester School District music programs.
Mission: The Manchester Jazz and Music Festival is dedicated to fostering meaningful and lasting connections among the Greater Manchester community, student musicians, emerging talent, and music educators. This weekend-long event will offer student musicians in Manchester the unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and industry leaders, while also performing live alongside working musicians in front of a live audience.
Our goal is to foster a vibrant music community that celebrates and supports the rich cultural heritage of Manchester.
