SP2025-017: 100 McGregor Street, Civic-Hospital District, Ward 11
Continuation from August 6, 2025. Applicant has submitted a site plan application for the addition of a new 4,359 SF chiller building, with associated site improvements.
CU2025-025: 100 McGregor Street, Civic-Hospital District, Ward 11
Applicant has submitted a conditional use permit application for a reduction in required on-site parking, as the applicant is providing an alternative parking arrangement.

PDSP2025-001: South Mammoth Road & Corning Road, Residential Suburban Low Density District and Residential One Family Medium Density District, Ward 8
Continuation of a public hearing that began on July 3, 2025. Applicant has submitted a planned development and site plan application for a 220-unit, 44 building residential development on 46 acres, with a clubhouse, private roadways with two wetland crossings, and primary access off of Corning Road and South Mammoth Road.

PDSP2024-001 Amendment: 800 Harvey Road, General Industrial / Industrial Park District, Ward 8
Applicant has submitted a site plan and planned development amendment for replacement of the maintenance building with a two-story clubhouse, and updated building elevations, in a 9-building, 70-unit townhouse development with 1,050 feet of new private road.

PDSP2024-002 Amendment: Orange Street & Pearl Street, Central Business District, Ward 3
Applicant has submitted a site plan and planned development amendment for the addition of one (1) story to the proposed steel frame parking deck, increasing spaces from 312 to 455. This is associated with the NeighborWorks development including a four (4) story, 125-unit apartment building, and 12 three (3) story townhouses.

PDSP2025-004: Wellington Hill Road, Residential-Suburban Multifamily District, Ward 2
Applicant has submitted a planned development and site plan application for a six building, 22-unit townhouse style development, with associated site improvements, on 3.22 acres with existing easements and steep slopes.

CU2025-018: 22 Hazel Street, Urban Multifamily District, Ward 3
Applicant has submitted a conditional use permit for a Rooming House use.
SP2025-016: 22 Hazel Street, Urban Multifamily District, Ward 3
Applicant has submitted a change of use site plan application for the conversion of a professional office to a proposed 14-unit rooming house.

S2025-009: 67 Murphy Street, Residential One Family High Density District, Ward 8
Applicant has submitted a subdivision application for the creation of one new buildable lot (lot 31A) of approximately 7,515 SF, with the existing single family home to remain on the parent parcel of 8,415 SF.

S2025-010: 84, 86, 88, & 92 Putnam Street, Urban Multifamily District, Ward 11
Applicant has submitted a proposed subdivision and lot line adjustment to provide each building with a separate lot of record.

S2025-011: 132 Louise Street, Residential One Family Medium Density District, Ward 12
Applicant has submitted a subdivision application for the subdivision of one lot on Liane Street into two lots where one maintains its frontage on Liane Street, where the second lot would have frontage on Louise Street, which is officially a paper street.

S2025-012: 994 Somerville Street, Residential Two Family District, Ward 7
Applicant has submitted a subdivision application for the subdivision of one lot into two where the new lots will have 5,002 SF and 5,192 SF and a depth of 53 linear feet each.
