MANCHESTER, N.H. – On Wednesday, Nov. 12 at 10 a.m., a recount will be held in the race between Cristina Goodwin and Edward Sapienza for the office of Ward 8 Alderman.
On Election Day earlier this month, Sapienza received 855 votes and Goodwin received 831 votes, with four write-ins and 84 ballots left without any choice for Alderman.
The last Aldermanic recount came in 2021, when Mary Heath survived a recount against Ross Terrio in Ward 7.
