
MANCHESTER, NH – The Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission’s Draft 2025–2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) is now available for public review and comment.
The Draft Plan can be found on the SNHPC website here.
The Metropolitan Transportation Plan is the region’s long-range vision for improving and maintaining the multi-modal transportation system. This includes roadway, transit, bicycle, pedestrian, freight, and emerging mobility needs. This update reflects over 18 months of data analysis, community engagement, coordination with municipalities, and collaboration with state and regional partners. We invite you to review the draft plan and share your feedback. Your input plays an important role in shaping transportation priorities for the Southern New Hampshire region through 2050.

The SNHPC MPO Policy Committee will hold a public hearing for the draft on December 16, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. in the SNHPC Offices located at 438 Dubuque Street, Manchester, NH 03102.
