MANCHESTER, NHWise Construction on Wednesday announced the opening of its new office at 900 Elm Street. The expansion marks a significant milestone in Wise Construction’s continued growth across New England and positions the firm to better serve its expanding client base in the state’s rapidly growing healthcare and science & technology sectors.

The Manchester location reflects Wise’s success as the leading builder in science & technology, healthcare, and institutional construction. The new office offers high visibility downtown and will serve as a strategic hub for new and existing clients. Following decades of strong relationships in Massachusetts with industry leaders in biotech, life science, hospitals, and healthcare, Wise has organically expanded north to meet the needs of clients in the Granite State. This growth reflects Wise’s continued momentum in the region, supported by current project work as well as the recent completion of a significant 15,000-square-foot hospital addition.

“Our growth is built on long-standing relationships and a talented team that understands the unique needs of our healthcare and life sciences clients, many of whom describe Wise as a true extension of their own teams,” said Liane Phillips, VP of Business Development at Wise Construction. “The Manchester office is a testament to that trust, collaboration, and the hard work that happens here every day.”
