The Granite Stage, The Rex Theatre, Manchester, NH โ€“ The Granite Stage is a community talent showcase celebrating New Hampshireโ€™s incredible artists, musicians, dancers, comedians, and creators. Hosted by Rhythm & Roots Studio in partnership with The Palace Theatre, this event gives emerging and established performers a platform to share their craft, connect with audiences, and grow their presence right in the heart of Downtown Manchester! Fed Up & Fired Up: Know Your Rep, Take Action, To Share Brewery, Manchester, NH โ€“ Feeling fed up with politics but not sure what to do about it? Join us Jan. 29 to learn how to use our My State Rep Checker tool to find out who represents you, how theyโ€™re voting, and how to hold them accountable. Early Elementary Art – Snowflake Art, Manchester City Library, Manchester, NH โ€“ Kids in grades K-3, do you love to create fun art projects? This program is for you. Join Ms. Amanda for an afternoon of Snowflake art and crafting. You will be using watercolors & salt to create colorful snowflakes. The American Revolution: Spirit Of Service, Red River Theatres, Concord, NH โ€“ Join Red River Theatres, the New Hampshire Historical Society, and New Hampshire PBS for a special screening of Spirit of Service, an excerpt from THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION, a film by Ken Burns, Sarah Botstein, and David Schmidt. This selection of clips explores the enduring ideal of service in American life, and how the most diverse population of the 18th century came together and did their part to form a nation. Rhode Island Brew Fest 2026, WaterFire Arts Center, Providence, RI โ€“ Join us on Saturday, Jan. 31 for the 13th annual Rhode Island Brew Fest โ€” the stateโ€™s biggest celebration of American craft beer. Zine Making 101 for Adults, Burlington Public Library, Burlington, MA โ€“ Are you interested in learning about zine making? Come to Zine Making 101! This workshop is for individuals who want to learn about zine making. The educational component includes a brief history of zines, tips on the zine making process, and information about zine distribution and getting your zines to the masses. Concord NH English Country Dance, Howard Recreation Center Auditorium, Concord, NH โ€“ The New Hampshire English Country Dance Society is holding monthly 1st Sunday English dances from Sept to June in the Auditorium at the Howard Recreation Center (HRC) on the campus of the Gallen State Office Park, Concord. Each dance is taught before the live music starts and the dance is prompted/called during the dance. The experienced dancers are eager to assist new dances in learning the dance figures. Also there is an introduction to English dance class at 2:30 pm; dancing from 3 pm – 6 pm.
