Man charged with manslaughter in Monday’s downtown shooting death

MANCHESTER, NH โ€“ The New Hampshire Attorney General’s office on Tuesday announced an arrest by Manchester Police in the shooting death on Feb. 16 of a man inside a downtown apartment.

The victim, identified by police as Kade Harrower, 29, died of a gunshot wound to the chest. His death was ruled a homicide.

Police on Tuesday arrested Adrian David Garcia Bonilla, 21, of Manchester, charged with manslaughter and felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon.

โ€œI am very pleased with the swift actions of our Manchester officers and detectives,โ€ Manchester Police Chief Peter Marr said in a statement. โ€œTheir dedication and persistence led to a quick arrest and this demonstrates the departmentโ€™s commitment to protecting the community and holding those responsible for crimes accountable.โ€

The investigation and prosecution are now being handled by the Manchester Police Department and their partners at the Hillsborough County Attorneyโ€™s Office.
