City seeks proposals for new directional signage

MANCHESTER, N.H. –  The City of Manchester Office of Economic Development has submitted a request for proposals (RFP) to design and install a wayfinding and gateway signage system to help residents and visitors find the city’s parking facilities.

Proposals will have to analyze and propose locations for signage, develop at least two signage systems that meet state and federal standards and a plan to install an estimated 25 wayfinding signs and 23 parking lot and directional signs in the city’s downtown and Millyard areas for the first phase of the project. The proposals also require a second phase that looks at three “Welcome to Manchester” signs near key highway exists as well as signage for Derryfield Park at the corner of Bridge Street and Highland Street as well as one for Livingston Park at the corner of Route 3 and Red Coat Lane.
