
PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING

CU2026-002: 57 Bay Street, General Mixed Use District, Ward 3
Applicant has submitted a conditional use permit application for the conversion of 360 SF of existing first floor commercial space into a new café.

S2026-008: 412 West Mitchell Street, Residential Two-Family District, Ward 9
Applicant has submitted an application to subdivide an existing parcel of 22,865 SF into two lots of 14,573 SF (Lot 3) and 8,292 SF (Lot 3A) where the existing single-family home is to remain on Lot 3 and a new single-family home is to be constructed on Lot 3A.

SP2026-006: 443 Lake Avenue, General Mixed Use District, Ward 5
Applicant has submitted a site plan application for the addition of one new residential dwelling unit in an existing three dwelling unit building that is fire-damaged.

SP2026-007: 192 Mammoth Road, Residential Two-Family District, Ward 7
Applicant has submitted a site plan application for the conversion of an existing barn into (4) four new dwelling units. The property has an existing two-family dwelling, and commercial space which will remain. The barn will be serviced by a new parking field accessed from Hayward Street.

PDSP2022-002 Amendment: Radburn Street Extension (Tax Map 466, Lot 1), Residential One Family Medium Density District, Ward 2
Applicant has submitted an amendment to a previously approved site plan and planned development application representing new ownership, for the amendment to a previously approved plan. The originally approved proposal included 305 multi-family units within (3) three buildings, a clubhouse, and additional site improvements.
