MANCHESTER, N.H. โ It only takes a few minutes to learn CPR, but those few minutes could eventually save someoneโs life.
Anyone interested in learning CPR can do so for free on Thursday, May 21 at the Manchester Community Resource Center any time from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
Thursdayโs training is part of the New Hampshire CPR Challenge, an initiative designed by the New Hampshire Executive Council to train as many Granite Staters as possible in hands-only CPR.
Instruction will be available in English and Spanish, no prior certifications are required and it only takes a few minutes.
The event is organized by Ward 5 Alderman Jason Bonilla, Ward 5 State Representative Kathleen Paquette and Mark Millet of Rapid Response training.
Anyone with questions can e-mail KathleenPaquetteNH@gmail.com.
