Manchester Development Corporation Announces New and Reappointed Board Members

Manchester, NH โ€“ The Manchester Development Corporation (MDC) today announced the appointment of two new members and the renomination of several returning members to its Board of Directors, reflecting a continued commitment to strong governance, diverse expertise, and long-term economic development for the City of Manchester.

Newly appointed board members include:

Andy Boyle, SeniorDirector of Asset Management at New Hampshire Housing. Boyle draws on deep experience in affordable housing compliance/finance, asset oversight, and strategic investment, offering important insight into housing stability and development within Manchesterโ€™s larger economic landscape.

Andy Leach, President of LG Strategies. Leach brings a background in public affairs, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement, with experience working across government, business, and nonprofit sectors.

June Trisciani, Alderman At-Large. Trisciani brings extensive experience in city government, having previously served as Alderman At-Large from 2022 to 2024. Her public service also includes roles on the Heritage Commission and the Zoning Board of Adjustment, as well as leadership positions as Chair of the Zoning Ordinance Steering Committee and Chair of the Planning Board. She is a graduate of the Leadership Greater Manchester Class of 2018.

Dana Dexter, Ward 3 Alderman. Dexter is a veteran police sergeant with more than two decades of experience in New Hampshire law enforcement and a longtime advocate for youth leadership. He was recognized as a โ€œ40 Under Fortyโ€ honoree by the New Hampshire Union Leader and is a graduate of Leadership Greater Concord. In 2024, he received the Good Samaritan Award from Pastoral Counseling Services for his work supporting vulnerable youth and families.

The following board members were reappointed to serve an additional 3-year term:

Rebecca Kane, an attorney at Devine Millimet, where she advises clients on a range of legal matters.  Kaneโ€™s legal expertise and understanding of real estate and governance issues continue to be an important asset to the Board.

Steven Scheiner, Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager at St. Maryโ€™s Bank.  With more than 30 years of banking experience across retail and commercial finance, Scheiner is widely regarded as a trusted resource for businesses and colleagues alike. He has been with St. Maryโ€™s Bank for over a decade and previously worked with multiple financial institutions.

Heather McGrail, President and CEO of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce.  McGrail brings a deep understanding of the regional business climate and serves as a key connector between the private sector, community stakeholders, and economic development efforts throughout Greater Manchester.

Joshua Wright, Senior Vice President โ€“ Investments at Wells Fargo Advisors. Wright brings more than 26 years of experience in financial services and a strong background in strategic planning and financial leadership, contributing valuable insight that supports sustainable economic growth and regional development through his work with MDC and other Manchester focused economic development and business organizations.

Kyle Baker, Senior Manager of Government Relations at RYP Granite Strategies. Baker brings extensive experience in public policy and legislative affairs, advising clients across multiple industries and working with policymakers to support effective policy outcomes and regional economic development.

Michael Harrington, Vice Chair of the Board of Directors & Principal of Harrington & Company. Harrington brings more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience and a strong background in property development and advisory services, contributing valuable insight that supports sustainable growth and revitalization across Greater Manchester.

These members join Amy M. Chhom, Chair and Maria Mongan, Secretary of the Board of Directors.
