It’s time to uplift our city – It’s time for a new vision – it’s time for new leadership that will work for this middle-income working-class city and include the 36 percent in poverty if we are to move Manchester forward once again. It’s time to inspire our city to do better for our citizens.Â
Addictions must be treated like an illness, yes, sometimes like a cancer in remission that fails and once again without losing faith, together we rise up to try and beat this awful illness from addiction.
It’s hard to create positive change when our leaders fear it. How does Manchester solve its real problems when having a birthday celebration can’t even go on without restraints?
