Police are looking for Louis Rodriguez, 78, reported missing Friday night.

Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a man who is accused of striking a motorist with a baseball bat in a road rage incident.

Anyone accused of a crime is innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.

Luan Santos Embrey faces multiple charges and was held pending arraignment.

No injuries reported.

The 40-year-old victim told police he was visiting a woman there and they had gotten into an argument. He reported that she stabbed him multiple times before he was able to leave the apartment.

On April 21, 2020 Manchester Police arrested a 16 y/o Manchester male and charged him with First Degree Assault and Robbery in connection with a shooting near the Dollar Deluxe earlier this month.

Alan Beliveau, 59 of, Manchester, was found deceased following a shooting at a residence on Brockton Street.

Police were tipped off to the situation by a woman who told them she had escaped from the Chestnut Street apartment where other women were being held, one of them allegedly beaten.
