A homeless man was arrested on drug charges Monday after police found him holed-up inside an abandoned multi-family house preparing to shoot heroin.

A 50-year-old man was stabbed Tuesday night. Police are investigating and say there is no public threat.
Manchester Police were called to the area of Central Street, between Milton Street and Belmont Street, around 8:45 p.m.on Sept. 24 for a report of shots fired in the area.
Clifford Etadafimue was in violation of a tresspassing order at the city library, police say.
Police have recovered shell casings from the area, and continue to investigate the incident.
