New Hampshire (16-20, 47-58) brought in just one run, and the Erie SeaWolves (Detroit Tigers, 24-11, 63-41) scored in every inning from the fourth to the seventh to win, 5-1.

Toronto Blue Jays top pitching prospect Ricky Tiedemann made a stellar Double-A debut, and the Fisher Cats hit multiple home runs for the 10th time in their last 12 games on Friday night at Delta Dental Stadium. New Hampshire (15-16, 46-54) won, 6-1, over the Richmond Flying Squirrels (San Francisco Giants, 10-20, 51-48) to tie up the series at two games apiece.

Adding literacy to its lineup, the New Hampshire Fisher Cats have called up education nonprofit Waterford.org for the ball club’s annual Princess Breakfast, a time for kids to grab something good to eat and hang out with their favorite princess characters. This year’s breakfast is from 10:30 a.m.-noon Aug. 7 at Delta Dental Stadium, where the Fisher Cats will host the Richmond Flying Squirrels that afternoon.
