Six scoreless innings from righty starter Michael Dominguez helped lift the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (22-26) to a 6-1 win over the Akron RubberDucks (28-20) on Thursday night at Canal Park. Dominguez (W, 1-0) earned his first decision and first quality start of the season with a season-high six innings and didn’t allow a hit behind five strikeouts.

Three home runs and 13 hits powered the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (20-25) to a 13-1 series-clinching victory on Sunday afternoon over the Somerset Patriots (22-23) at Delta Dental Stadium. Third baseman Alex De Jesus clubbed two home runs, first baseman Rainer Nuñez drove in five runs and starting pitcher Adam Macko (W, 3-2) recorded his first Double-A quality start behind nine strikeouts to tie his season-high.

The New Hampshire Fisher Cats (19-24) dropped a Saturday night contest to the Somerset Patriots (21-22) at Delta Dental Stadium, 5-3. Yankees rehabber Jasson Dominguez clubbed his first home run of 2024 as a two-run shot to put Somerset in front in the seventh inning. New Hampshire’s Michael Turconi and Phil Clarke each had two-hit games.

After tying Sunday’s game in the top of the eighth inning at 1-1, the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (16-22) fell in 11 innings to the Hartford Yard Goats (18-18) at Dunkin’ Park, 2-1. The Fisher Cats got their best start of the season from right-hander Devereaux Harrison, who struck out six batters in six innings. With two outs in the bottom of the sixth inning, Harrison allowed a two-out home run for the game’s first run.

The New Hampshire Fisher Cats drew 11 walks and plated five runs in the top of the seventh to take down the Hartford Yard Goats, 8-3, on Saturday night at Dunkin’ Park. Trailing 3-2 in the top of the seventh, 11 New Hampshire batters swung the momentum with six walks and five runs to pull away with their third win of the week and ensuring at least a series split in Hartford.

The New Hampshire Fisher Cats (13-19) lost the final of a six-game series 5-3 to the Harrisburg Senators (19-13) Sunday afternoon at Delta Dental Stadium. Right-handed starter Michael Dominguez tossed a season-high 5 2/3 innings and gave up two runs on four hits. New Hampshire led 3-2 into the top of the eighth before the Senators scored three to take the series, four games to two.

After a two-hour delay, the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (12-16) shut down the Harrisburg Senators (16-12) by a 4-0 final at Delta Dental Stadium on Wednesday. New Hampshire starter Devereaux Harrison tied a career high with eight strikeouts in his four scoreless innings. The Fisher Cats staff finished with 13 strikeouts against Harrisburg hitters.
