Two people injured in a head-on crash on I-93 ramp late Wednesday.
A Massachusetts man was pronounced dead at the scene after he was ejected from his vehicle. A Hudson man was rushed to Parkland Medical Center with a head injury.
Police are seeking anyone who may have witnessed the crash.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
Joseph Costello of Belmont was charged with receiving stolen property, disobeying a police officer, reckless conduct, driving under the influence of drugs, possession of narcotics, resisting arrest and operating without a valid license.
Phillip Nash was arrested in Emporia, VA, late Monday night.
An arrest warrant was issued May 21 for Phillip Nash, 21, in connection to the disappearance of his mother, Frances E. Nash, who was last seen May 17. Her car was recovered Monday in Canterbury.
The right lane of I-293 had to be shut down for approximately one hour so the scene could be cleared up.
The driver was identified as John Wickman of Eliot, Maine.
The accident remains under investigation.
