Manchester school superintendent Dr. John Goldhardt said a preliminary reopening plan will be floated at the July 20 Board of School Committee meeting with the intention of a full recommendation going before the Board of School Committee for a vote at the first meeting in August.

Gov. Chris Sununu announced an additional $35 million for those facing eviction or who cannot pay their past utility bills due to the novel coronavirus while a testing effort in nursing homes statewide has caught 15 asymptomatic cases.
