This project was funded by NH Community Development Finance Authority, with the goal of understanding the experiences of young people in the neighborhood and identifying the needs and barriers they face in accessing services and resources.
On March 21, passionate advocates braved the cold and wind at a public gathering at Bronstein Park in Manchester to take a stand against youth homelessness. Together more than 1,000 donors helped raise $320,800—and counting—to support Waypoint’s critical services for young people experiencing homelessness across New Hampshire.

A grant from BAE Systems in support of Harbor Care Veteran Services programs will be used toward expanded access to stable housing, healthcare, and essential support for some of New Hampshire’s most vulnerable veterans—empowering them on their path toward lasting stability and independence.
Through the course of 2025, 20 young adults utilized analog photographic methods and hybrid creative writing techniques to create works wholly expressing their “who-ness.” Each relic installed at the chamber will unveil to the viewer extraordinary perspectives from artists around the state of New Hampshire who have been impacted by the circumstances of being un-housed.

This year, The Nature Conservancy (NH) is leading the City Nature Challenge across New Hampshire as a fun and inclusive way to get people outside exploring nature in their own backyards. The City Nature Challenge will take place from April 25 to 28, including in Manchester.
