Cooler today with rain moving in by evening. Rain may change to wet snow (1″-2″) Friday for a time with some minor accumulations possible on secondary roadways. In addition, winds may gust to around 40 MPH tomorrow.
A few showers will move in tomorrow night as low pressure begins to take shape south of New England.
Same story today as yesterday with low pressure remaining just east of the area.
Today is expected to be similar to yesterday as we remain between two upper lows. The upper low over the Great Lakes will slide to our south through tonight giving us a chance for a spot shower.
Our warm air mass was replaced by a backdoor cold front last night as surface high pressure moves southward from Canada.
Off and on April showers for next week.
Our summer-like weather will continue today and tomorrow with temperatures in the 70s. Sunday will be cooler with showers arriving by evening.
High-pressure building south from Eastern Canada will control our weather into the weekend. Today will be in the mid-60s and tomorrow will hit 70!
High pressure will be our friend, keeping any precipitation in check through the end of the week. Relative humidity levels should be on the increase and mitigate any fire-weather-related concerns.
Temperatures will be slightly above normal for this time of the year.
