Today a piece of energy will rotate south through New Brunswick and northern Maine which will bring more clouds and a threat of a few snow showers with highs in the mid-30s.
Today high pressure builds in but with low pressure retrograding near the Canadian Maritimes gusty northwest winds are expected. A weak system may bring some snow showers tomorrow.
Quieter and near-normal temperatures return today for storm cleanup. Gusty northwest winds are likely tomorrow with temperatures in the mid-40s but feeling like 35 with a weak system possible by Tuesday with snow showers.
The heaviest snow (additional 3-6″) this morning until noon then light snow with highs in the low 30s. Winds NE 15-25 mph with gusts of 35 mph with white-out conditions, will make it seem like a blizzard at times, especially along our seacoast.
Today sunshine giving way to clouds with periods of snow tonight. The snowstorm will bring heavy snow with amounts of 8″ to 14″ with wind gusts to 35 mph. Heaviest late tonight into tomorrow morning with the storm ending tomorrow evening.

Today drier air begins to overspread New Hampshire with a morning mix of snow and sleet with afternoon clouds and some freezing drizzle likely to make things slick during the day. Tonight a few snow showers, sleet, and freezing rain with less than one inch of accumulation.
Today sunshine to clouds. Waves of low pressure will track west to east across southern New England tonight into Friday morning bringing the potential for a prolonged period of snow with snow mixing with or changing to sleet at times.
Cold wintry weather is making a comeback.
A significant winter storm is increasingly likely Wednesday night through Thursday night. While amounts remain uncertain, snow, sleet, freezing rain, or an ice storm are all possible with this system. This weekend another chance of wintry precipitation develops.
Cloudy today with milder temperatures in the mid-upper 40s. The above-normal temperatures will continue into mid-week.
Today chilly weather returns to start the weekend with dry and quiet weather tomorrow with temperatures rebounding into the 40s.
Today rain ahead of an approaching cold front. Still rather mild but falling temperatures and gusty northwest winds in the afternoon as the front moves through. A brief cool down to more seasonable levels tonight into tomorrow, with chilly weather.
Yesterday and today felt more like spring than winter. The high of 60 yesterday broke the record of 57 set in 2006 and a high today of 60 will tie the record of 60 set in 2006. A strong cold front crosses New Hampshire tomorrow bringing an end to the record warmth. Highs tomorrow in the 50s will be early in the day followed by falling temperatures.
