The New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office released two new guidance documents related to the so-called “divisive concepts” legislation that was signed into law by Gov. Chris Sununu on June 25.

Ten of the 18 members of the Governor’s Advisory Council on Diversity and Inclusion resigned Tuesday in a letter to Gov. Chris Sununu over his decision to sign into law controversial legislation that is aimed at banning the use of Critical Race Theory in classrooms and government-sponsored diversity and inclusion training.
