The Currier Museum of Art and the Currier Art Center will close temporarily starting tomorrow, Monday, March 16, until at least Friday, April 3, when we will evaluate whether it is safe to re-open. This campaign season, the Currier Museum of Art presents an exhibition in collaboration with the artist group For Freedoms that explores issues of civic engagement. Without taking a stand in party politics, the museum welcomes everyone to reflect and participate in the political process leading up to the presidential primary, anticipated for February 11, 2020.

On June 28 the exhibition will be inaugurated with a special concert by guitar virtuoso Johnny A. The night begins with a pre-concert cocktail reception with live music. Guests will have an exclusive first look at the new exhibit and be able to talk directly with the curators in the galleries.
