A Manchester resident has been charged in connection with a shooting that occurred over the weekend in Pittsburg, New Hampshire, U.S. Attorney Erin Creegan announces.
“The defendant stole over a million dollars from taxpayers amidst one of the worst health and economic crises in a century,” said U.S. Attorney Creegan. “This office will continue to vigilantly investigate and prosecute those who defraud pandemic relief programs.”
If convicted, Walter Rodriguez faces a maximum penalty of three years in prison for each false tax return count. He also faces a period of supervised release, restitution, and monetary penalties.
