Police arrested two people outside an abandoned Lowell Street property following an investigation into a reported burglary on June 4.
House Bill 270, also referred to as the “Good Samaritan” bill, has been approved unanimously by the New Hampshire Senate on June 4 and will become effective 60 days from passage.

A plain clothes Manchester Police Detective first noticed the woman briefly “passed out” at the wheel of a Dodge Magnum at 11:05 p.m. on May 28, waking up long after the light turned green. She had two 3-year-olds in the backseat of her car.
There were 325 deaths due to drug overdoses confirmed in New Hampshire in 2014, with fentanyl – not heroin – emerging as public enemy No. 1.

17-year-olds face drug charges, including possession of two weapons and $1,000-worth of heroin.
