At one point in the argument, the son allegedly threatened to kill his father and after several minutes, they had a physical confrontation in which the son stabbed his father in the leg with pliers.
Officers Derek Feather and Tyler Shaw located the victim, a 30-year-old male, outside of 305/307 Cedar Street who was bleeding profusely due to a stab wound in his abdomen. Both officers assisted the injured man while additional officers responded and set-up a perimeter to locate the suspect.
As of 4:30 p.m. one person was taken into custody and the male victim has been transported to a local hospital and treated for his non-life threatening wound.
