With no boys varsity team this year, the only vestiges of Manchester West High School’s once-great tennis program are seven varsity girls learning as they go.
Like their counterparts throughout the country, West High School’s spring athletes were denied a 2020 season due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. This week, the Blue Knights ride again.
Dan Belliveau grew up skating against Central High School. The former Nashua High player, now head coach at Merrimack High School, said he saw glimpses Wednesday of the Little Green teams that used to give the rest of the state fits when his Tomahawks faced the Central/West co-op team at Manchester’s West Side Arena.

More than 50 English Learner students from Manchester High School West and Hillside Middle School shared their stories in art books they worked on over the past three months. The presentation was held at City Hall.
Career Day at West High School is happening March 14, 2019, and the public’s help is needed to make it a success.Â
