Dozens of SVOs receive a total of $1.955 million to fund veteran services.
MANCHESTER, NH – In this season of giving, Swim With A Mission handed out grant checks totaling nearly two million dollars in funds in a fresh injection of much-needed resources to Veteran Service Organizations throughout the region. SWAM hosted its first ever grant award ceremony to deliver checks to 31 SVOs, helping to ensure the mission of serving our Veterans surges forward in our great state.
“Each of you represent incredible stories of changing the lives of Veterans and first responders and we are humbled by what you do,” said Phil Taub, co-founder of Swim With A Mission, which has raised well over $12 million dollars in the decade it has hosted fundraising events. “Our mission is simple: give back to those who have given everything. It is our deep honor to help support the work you do every single day.”
