Free youth camp run by all three Manchester public high school football programs.
MANCHESTER, NH – The Annual Billy Pappas Football Camp will enter into its fourth year in 2026. Nearly 300 Manchester youth have attended this camp over the last three years and organizers are hoping for the largest attendance yet. This free youth football camp is open to boys and girls entering into the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade. This one day, non-contact, camp is run by the Central, Memorial and West football programs and coaches and supported by the Manchester School District, The Elliot Perry Foundation and through the generous support of sponsors like the Manchester Police Patrolman’s Association.
The camp will take place on July 9th at Manchester West’s turf field. Check-in is at 5:30 p.m. and the camp is scheduled from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Registration is free for all Manchester residents, but is required in advance. No same day registration allowed. Registration can be completed online at: www.elliotperry.org/billypappasfootballcamp
All camp attendees will receive a T-shirt and meal at the conclusion of the camp. This camp will once again offer a cleat exchange where families can drop off new or used cleats in good condition and pick up a new pair for the season. A full concession will be available for food purchase as well.
“We are happy to continue honoring Billy’s memory through this free football camp. Seeing so many young Manchester athletes come together each year would mean the world to him, and our family is grateful for the community’s continued support and enthusiasm,” said Toni Pappas.

“We want to extend a sincere appreciation to the Manchester Police Patrolman’s Association for once again being a sponsor of this event. Their support of this free football camp every year is critical to its sustained success,” Andrew Provencher, Head Football Coach, Manchester West High School, said.
This camp is held in honor of Billy Pappas, who passed away in 2023, and is considered one of the greatest athletes from UNH and Manchester. Billy Pappas was an All-American quarterback and multi-sport athlete at Manchester Central and UNH. He was a Charter member of the UNH Hall of Fame, a Charter member of the Central HS Hall of Fame, a member of the N.H.I.A.A. Hall of Fame, the Queen City Athletic Hall of Fame, the All-Air Force football team and the AHEPA Athletic Hall of Fame.
