MANCHESTER, NHย โ Five people were arrested June 30 by Manchester Police as the result of a prostitution sting conducted in the area of Enright Park, Manchester and Lincoln streets, including the owner of a longtime downtown jewelry store.
Police say the operation was due toย numerous complaints about prostitution in the area.ย ย Charges included solicitation and indecent exposure.
During the operation a female police officer in plain clothes posed as a prostitute. On three separate occasions, three malesย approached the undercover officer and offered money in exchange for a sexual act. These three menย were arrested and charged with solicitation. They were identified by police as:
Semir Muslimovic, 50, of Manchester; ย Miguel Sanchez Caraballo, ย 53, of Manchester; and David Fineblit, 64, of Bedford, who is owner of Pearson’s Jewelry on Elm Street.
Also while conducting the operation, officers noticed aย womanย who had been arrested for prostitution in the past walking in the area of Lincoln Street, identified asย Kianna-Leigh Harrison, 19, homeless.ย The officers then noticed a vehicle traveling on Lincoln Street slow down and come to a stopย near Harrison, who gotย into theย passenger side of the vehicle. Officers followed the vehicle to a parking lot on Hanover Street where the officers observed Harrison and the male driverย engage in a sexual act next to a senior housing building. Harrison and the driver, identified asย Charles McMillan, 36, of Manchester, were both charged with indecent exposure.
