9 charged in drug bust netting $90K in oxy, 4 guns, 3 cars, ammo

pic3Manchester, NH- Nine Manchester residents were arrested following a year-long multi-jurisdictional investigation that included the confiscation ofย 3,065 oxycodone tablets with a street value of approximately $91,950;ย three vehicles used in conjunction with the drug trafficking operation;ย $58,502 in U.S. currency;ย four handguns; and multiple high-capacity magazinesย andย ammunition.

Three of the arrested, Samuel Garcia, Jennifer Nuรฑez and Johanna Nuรฑez, were identified by investigators as part of a high-level drug trafficking organization, and are charged with allegedly trafficking large quantities of 30 mg oxy tablets from New York City and Lawrence, Mass., for distribution throughout Manchester.

Also charged with the alleged transportation and distribution of oxy were:ย Raul Hernandez,ย William Alba,ย Krystal Mailhot,ย Ryan Demers,ย Bonnie Labrie,ย Yonajaira Ramos.

All nine are charged with conspiracy to distribute, and possession with intent to distribute controlled substances, including oxycodone.

pic2The following agencies were involved in the sweep: Manchester Police Department (MPD) Special Investigation Unit; The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA); United States Attorneyโ€™s Office; and the Hillsborough County Attorneyโ€™s Office, which initiatedย the ongoing investigation.

 

During the course of the investigation several storage locations were identified where oxy pillsย and the proceeds from the alleged sale of the drug were being stored.

As a direct result of this investigation, members of the Manchester Police Special Investigation Unit, Manchester Police S.W.A.T. team, Manchester Police Street Crime Unit and the United States Drug Enforcement Administration executed 13 search warrants throughout the City of Manchester.

pic1This investigation has resulted in a significant impact on the illegal distribution of oxycodone in the City of Manchester, according to police, and has allowed law enforcement to identify and dismantle a large-scale drug operation involving an organization most likely known to be a main supplier of this particular narcotic.

Investigators anticipate additional arrests and seizures related to this investigation.
