Today’s Weather
Get ready for a windy day ahead! We’ll experience a delightful blend of sunshine and clouds. The temperature will peak at 49°, but with the wind chill, it’ll feel more like 41°. Expect those WNW winds to whip through at 15-20 mph with some gusts over 30 mph, adding a refreshing edge to the atmosphere. Perfect weather for layering up and enjoying the outdoors!

Stepping out this morning might be a bit of a shock, with temperatures starting in the 30s—much colder than what many enjoyed over the Easter weekend. A stronger wave of colder air will sweep in quickly, arriving Monday night. With this second push, the weather will feel—and sometimes even look—more like February or early March. This burst of cold air will be one of the shorter wintry spells we’ve seen in recent months. By the latter half of the week, temperatures are expected to bounce back quickly, with highs reaching the 60s from Thursday to Friday.

The first full week of April is expected to be mainly dry, with highs in the 50s and possibly reaching the 60s by Thursday and continuing through the weekend, with next Monday potentially hitting 70 degrees.

Elevations for summits above 4,000 feet in Northern New Hampshire today: Summits will be hidden with highs in the mid-20s, dropping to around 20 degrees at elevations above 5,000 feet. Northwest winds will range from 30 to 40 mph, increasing to 45 to 55 mph at higher elevations, with wind chills dipping as low as 19 below.
Elevations between 2,500 and 4,000 feet in Northern New Hampshire today: Summits will be hidden, with highs near 30 degrees. West winds will blow at 20 to 30 mph, with gusts reaching up to 70 mph, and wind chills dropping to around 1 degree above zero.
