Today’s Outlook

Clouds and sun with a couple of showers; breezy & not as warm. High 70 Winds: NNW 10-20+ mph

After a midweek surge of summer-like temperatures in New England, more chill and even snowflakes are expected this weekend!

Temperatures reminiscent of July will be followed by a sharp cooldown, bringing showers, gusty winds, and potentially wet snow to some of the higher peaks in the White Mountains this weekend.



Today: Clouds and sun with a couple of showers; breezy & not as warm. High 70 Winds: NNW 10-20+ mph

Tonight: Partly to mostly cloudy. Low 52 Winds: NNW 5-15 mph

Friday: Mainly cloudy, breezy, with a few afternoon showers. High 71 Winds: NW 10-15+ mph

Friday night: Periods of showers. Low 50 Winds: SW 5-10 mph

Saturday: Some showers, windy, & cooler. High 55 (feel like 48) Winds: N 10-20+ mph

Saturday night: Partly cloudy and chilly with the temperature breaking the record low of 46 set in 2019. Low 42 Winds: NNW 5-10 mph

Sunday: Pleasant with a mix of sun & clouds. High 70 Winds: NNW 5-15 mph

Sunday night: Partly cloudy & chilly. Low 47 Winds: Light & Variable

Monday (June 1st, Start of Meteorological Summer.): Cloudy & cool with afternoon showers. High 65 Winds: N 5-10 mph

Elevations for summits above 4,000 feet in Northern New Hampshire. Today: Summits are obscured with a chance of showers. Highs will be around 50, except in the mid-40s at elevations above 5,000 feet. Northwest winds will blow at 20 to 30 mph, with gusts up to 60 mph. The chance of rain is 50 percent.

Elevations between 2,500 and 4,000 feet in Northern New Hampshire. Today: Mountains hidden. Possibility of rain showers. High temperatures in the lower 50s. Northwest winds at 10 to 20 mph, gusting up to 45 mph. Rain chance is 50 percent.

Today: Weather: Partly sunny conditions are expected until 2 PM, after which the sky will become mostly cloudy. Showers are likely to occur.
Thunderstorm Potential: None.
High Temperature: In the mid 60s.
Winds: North winds around 5 mph, becoming east in the afternoon.
Surf Height: Around 1 foot.
Water Temperature: 52 degrees. According to the USCG, when the water temperature is below 60 degrees, an average submerged person could lose dexterity within minutes and be unable to accomplish simple tasks like buckling a life jacket or operating a radio.
Rip Current Risk: Low.
Tides: Hampton Beach: High 7.9 feet (MLLW) 10:22 AM. Low 1.1 feet (MLLW) 04:35 PM.

Jump in a Lake

Weirs Beach Today: Northwest winds from 10 to 15 mph, with gusts up to 25 mph. Waves are between 2 to 4 feet. It will be partly sunny with a 20 percent chance of showers. Not as warm, with highs in the upper 60s and a water temperature of 56 degrees.

According to the USCG, when water temperatures drop below 60 degrees, an average submerged person can lose dexterity within minutes and may be unable to perform simple tasks such as buckling a life jacket or operating a radio.
