MANCHESTER, NH – The Office of the Attorney General and the Manchester Police Department have concluded an investigation into a fatal shooting incident that occurred in Manchester, New Hampshire on May 10, 2015.
As a result of that investigation, New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Foster has determined that the shooting death of Jesus Rodriguez (age 25 of Manchester), by Jose Gonzalez (age 36), was a justified use of deadly force under the law.
