AG: Police officers involved in Dec. 6 fatal shooting in Manchester identified

CONCORD, NH โ€“ Attorney General John M. Formella on Tuesday released the identities of the Manchester Police Department officers who discharged their firearms during a shooting incident in the early morning hours of December 6, 2025, in Manchester, which resulted in the death of 24-year-old Nickenley Turenne.

The officers who discharged their weapons are Officer Brandon Baliko, Officer Andre Chan, and Officer Devin Lambert. Officer Baliko has served with the Manchester Police Department for approximately one year, Officer Chan for approximately 1ยฝ years, and Officer Lambert for going on 2 years.

The Manchester Police Department and the officers involved are cooperating with the investigation and the officersโ€™ voluntary interviews were completed late this afternoon.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident remain under active investigation.

It is anticipated that a report regarding the incident and whether the officerโ€™s use of deadly force was justified will be released once the investigation is complete.
