MANCHESTER, N.H. – Artificial Intelligence is one of the fastest-evolving industries, already reshaping lives across the globe in countless ways. As A.I. continues to inspire awe, concern, and confusion, the World Affairs Council of New Hampshire (WACNH) is proud to announce its spring T. William & Patricia Ayers Global Tipping Points series, “The AI Future.” This three-part series will explore the challenges, opportunities, and risks associated with A.I. as these technologies continue to develop and integrate into society.
The series will kick off on March 26 at 6 p.m. with “Hype, Reality, and What’s Next,” a moderated conversation featuring Ben Porter, Founder of Prometheus Endeavor. This discussion will provide a broad perspective on the A.I. landscape, examining where the field is headed and what it means for individuals, businesses, and policymakers. From life-changing innovations to potential disruptions and risks, A.I. is a topic that demands attention from experts and everyday users alike.
“A.I. has already transformed our world in significant ways and will only accelerate in the changes it will facilitate,” said Tim Horgan, WACNH Executive Director. “Through this community conversation, we aim to equip audiences with the knowledge they need to engage with A.I. responsibly and understand the necessary regulations to safeguard society.”
The event will take place at WACNH’s new downtown Manchester offices (795 Elm St, Suite 204) and will last one hour. It will also be livestreamed to national and international audiences, ensuring a diverse range of perspectives in the discussion.
